At The Leader Group we enjoy working with leaders looking to grow and make a positive difference in and through their business or organisation.

I founded The Leader Group to help leaders grow in clarity and confidence in their mission and vision, to grow their leadership mindset and skillset, and multiply their growth and impact in their spheres of influence.

One of the greatest needs in the world today is for good leaders - people filled with passion, who have a vision of how to live and lead well, and who have the courage and willingness to make a positive difference.

My hope is that through our Leader Groups, Workshops, Executive Coaching, Team Building or Strategy Sessions, we can come alongside you to help you better serve the people you lead and impact.

The Backstory

Roger Osbaldiston is passionate about helping leaders who are making a positive impact in their world and he enjoys speaking to both emerging and seasoned leaders.  He currently serves as Founder, Coach, Strategist and Team Development Specialist with The Leader Group, and with the global coaching team at Adaptive Leaders.

Roger has previously served as Global Executive director for LeaderImpact (a global network of marketplace leaders in over 400 cities), as a Global Vice President for CCCi with responsibility for giving leadership to over 8000 staff in 170+ countries. Early in his career he also served as an Economic Policy Analyst for the New Zealand Government.  

Roger was born and raised in New Zealand. He graduated from Auckland University in Economics, Politics and Geography. He met his wife Nicki while they were both working for the New Zealand Government.  After an extended period living overseas with their children, they now live in North Auckland, New Zealand. Nicki is a client focussed marketing specialist and helps coordinate a women’s business network.
