One of the greatest needs in the world today is for good leaders - people filled with passion, who have a vision of how to live and lead well and who have the courage, strength and willingness to take action.

I enjoy working with these kinds of leaders, those that want to make a positive difference, whether they are in marketplaces around the world or locally in our city.

I love helping leaders multiply in their impact through mentoring, coaching and facilitating team building or strategy sessions.

Through articles and resources on this page, I hope to stimulate action and provide encouragement for our journey as leaders for today.

The Backstory

Roger Osbaldiston is passionate about developing leaders who are making a positive impact in their world and he enjoys speaking to emerging and current leaders.  He currently serves as a Growth Strategist and Leadership Coach and Development Specialist.

Roger has previously served as Global Executive director for Leaderimpact (a global network of marketplace leaders in over 400 cities), as a Global Vice President for CCCi with responsibility for giving leadership to over 8000 staff in 170 countries, and also as an Economic Policy Analyst for the New Zealand Government.  

Roger was born and raised in New Zealand. He graduated from Auckland University, majoring in Economics, Politics and Geography. He met his wife Nicki while they were both working for the New Zealand Government.  After an extended period living overseas with their teenage children, they live in North Auckland, New Zealand, while continuing travel broadly. Alongside their other roles, Nicki is a freelance photographer and media specialist. Good Coffee, local beach walks and reading great books restore Roger’s soul.
